Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "77f7", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://77f7.io and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 77f7 website, mobile web application, and all games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and support tools accessible through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, which holds the Player's profile data, balance, transaction history, and bonus records.
• "Funds" means real-money deposits held in a Player's Account balance, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, which are subject to the wagering and withdrawal conditions of that promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated, represented by the symbol ৳.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact 77f7 support to arrange the return of any available Funds before closing your Account.

Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on the 77f7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions are made regardless of local law in any jurisdiction that permits gambling below this age.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77f7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed by 77f7 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

77f7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time. Where a Player is found to have provided false eligibility information, 77f7 may close the Account, void all wagers, and forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Verified real-money Funds deposited by the Player will be returned after any outstanding compliance review is completed.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 77f7 employs device fingerprinting, payment-method matching, and identity-verification tools to detect duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. 77f7 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.3 Verification

77f7 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point, including before your first withdrawal, after a cumulative deposit threshold has been reached, or where suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, recent utility bill, bank statement, and/or screenshots confirming ownership of your registered bKash, Nagad, or other payment account. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 77f7 support may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is concluded.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 77f7 support. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to their respective payment methods. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 77f7 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify 77f7 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Until you provide such notification, 77f7 is entitled to treat all activity on your Account as having been authorised by you. 77f7 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77f7 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for card payments. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be subject to periodic review.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits are typically credited within 1–3 minutes. In rare cases where a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact 77f7 support with your transaction reference number.

6.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your Account, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. 77f7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or held pending verification.

6.4 No Credit

77f7 does not extend credit to Players. You may only wager funds that are available in your verified Account balance. Bonus Funds are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion and are not considered credit.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. Estimated processing times are: bKash and Nagad approximately 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay approximately 30 minutes; Visa and Mastercard 1–3 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although 77f7 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operationally necessary.

7.3 Verification Requirement

77f7 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This requirement is applied consistently and without prejudice. Delays caused by a Player's failure to submit requested documentation are the Player's responsibility.

7.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

77f7 may delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, an open compliance investigation, a disputed transaction, or an active chargeback claim. In such cases, 77f7 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 77f7 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on Bonus Funds only unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is published on the promotion page.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered to the required level within the expiry period stated in the promotion will be automatically forfeited, along with any associated winnings. The expiry period begins from the date and time the Bonus Funds are credited to your Account.

8.4 Abuse & Misuse

77f7 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus, and to reverse any associated winnings, where it reasonably concludes that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.

8.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per household, device, or shared payment method. 77f7 uses device and network identifiers to enforce this restriction.

Casino Games

The 77f7 casino lobby hosts games supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 77f7 does not develop, modify, or alter game software. Sports Betting

10.1 Acceptance of Bets

77f7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any sports bet at its sole discretion without stating a reason, including after a bet has been placed where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds will be settled at the correct odds, or voided entirely if the correct odds cannot be reasonably determined.

10.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the applicable market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. Where a match is completed but circumstances change prior to the official result being confirmed (for example, an abandoned cricket innings), settlement will follow the sport-specific rules published on the 77f7 platform.

10.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments in a match. Any bets placed during a period of market suspension will be voided. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that a market is open before placing an in-play wager. 77f7 does not accept liability for connection delays that cause a bet to be placed at a price no longer reflecting live match conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77f7 Platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and recovery of any real-money Funds only after a completed compliance review:

• Opening more than one Account or registering using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain without reporting them to 77f7 support. Known vulnerabilities must be reported immediately.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of information not publicly available at the time the market was priced.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting 77f7 support to attempt resolution. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as fraud.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, whether for gaming, bonus-claiming, or any other purpose.

Responsible Gaming

We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 for all players and offer a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players stay in control of their activity. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77f7 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and trademarks — is the property of 77f7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77f7. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77f7's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified real-money Funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77f7 is not liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; loss of data; damage to reputation; or any loss arising from your reliance on information contained on the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability arises in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and even if 77f7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77f7's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

77f7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you may exercise your data rights.

For the avoidance of doubt, 77f7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, game studios, and identity-verification providers is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the services you have requested.

Amendments

77f7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus forfeiture rules, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — 77f7 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players, and updates required by law, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective" date shown at the top of this document will be updated on each revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 77f7 Platform. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through 77f7's internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any dispute-resolution process.
